“Very good communication throughout the buying/shipping process, and everyone was so helpful. Mattie is doing great and ruling the roost!

“Thanks for the great experience. I felt I could trust the source. The process went very smooth. My vet commented on what an excellent puppy he was. She was impressed with his overall health and even the documentation he came with.
“Great Team, clean transaction, very happy with service!
“The only reason they got 3 stars (instead of 1 or 2) is because I really like the puppy. The problem is, he was not healthy when shipped. He had a preflight vet exam. The only thing picked up (or at least reported) was a dental anomaly, which seems to be self correcting. When we picked up the pup at the airport, he was scratching, and very thin. Our vet found a canine lice infestation, successfully treated with a dip and topical medication for 2 weeks. Under skin and coat on the preflight vet report, fleas and ticks, and signs of infection are all checked “No.” Our vet also noted that he was thin. Preflight body condition score was “ideal.” The pup had loose stools from day one, and they got looser. He was rewormed, and we changed his diet without effect. A stool specimen was positive for giardia. He is currently on metronidazole and is getting better. Needless to say, housetraining a puppy with diarrhea is difficult. The skin problem and the giardia infection should have been picked up by the fre-shipping vet, and these problems should have been dealt with before the pup was sent. I would have been willing to wait.
“We were shocked to hear your puppy arrived in the condition he did, as his mandatory nose-to-tail health examination by a licensed veterinarian did not indicate anything other than a minor dental issue, which as you noted was both disclosed to you before your puppy arrived home and has self-corrected itself as expected. That said, you did the right thing by notifying us immediately and a member of our Health team has been quick to reach out, learn more and see how we can help. Rest assured that we screen and vet our breeders thoroughly and we take our puppies’ health very seriously. While we’re confident that we’ll be able to resolve your current situation, you should never hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can ever do to be helpful. Our relationship began – it did not end – when we placed one of our puppies your home and we’ll be here for you and your puppy throughout your puppy parent journey.

“From the very beginning everyone was so nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and helped me through every step. Even after I got my puppy they checked to see how everything was going. They are a great team of people. I can’t say enough about them. I will recommend them to all. Thank you Joypuppy.

“Everything was done perfectly. The only thing I expected to receive was his pedigree, but I did not. I think that should have been included with the price. Other than that I loved the service.
“We bought 3 puppies in the month of June 2017 from joyPuppy, you were very helpful in the entire process, so yes we would use them again since we already used them 3 times in June. Your staff was great, we dealt with Nashawnda ext 524 and Taylor ext 296, both were very professional and helpful in us finding our puppies. Your back office staff in accounts payable and the transportation department did a wonderful job as well. Thank you very much, we love our 3 puppies.
“I could not possibly be more impressed with my experience dealing with Joypuppy From beginning to end every person with whom I dealt was knowledgable, patient, helpful and supportive. I like very much that JoyPuppy, is fussy about the breeders with whom they work–and even though in a million years I would not give back a puppy who turned out to have genetic problems, I like that they give me a ten year guarantee. It tells me they are serious about only selling healthy puppies.
